Taylor Swift donned her signature shiny and sparkly red carpet attire to pick up some shiny hardware for her mantel last night (May 18) at the 58th annual BMI Pop Music Awards.
The country-crossover darling was awarded Song of the Year for her hit “Love Story” from her sophomore album, Fearless.
Producer and songwriter extraordinaire, RedOne, took home his first ever award for Songwriter of the Year based on his works with pop goddess Lady Gaga and Sean Kingston. RedOne co-wrote Gaga’s “Just Dance,” “LoveGame,” and “Poker Face,” and wrote on Kingston’s “Fire Burning.”
Other attending the event were Orianthi, Estelle, and Kara DioGuardi.
